hunter EDUCATION

Hunter Education offers two classes a year, one in April and one in August. There is no charge for the class, but you must attend the class on both days and pass the written test to receive your Hunter Safety certificate.

This is a traditional class that requires students to attend class on both days to receive a certificate.  There is no cost for the class.  The time is 9 AM to 3 PM both days. Lunch will be provided for both days at no charge.  All class-related material will be provided.  If you register for the class and cannot attend, please cancel your registration so others can have a chance to sign up.  Once we reach 50 students, we cannot add any more.

Under Event programs, click on Traditional Course, then scroll down to Fin & Feather Club and follow the instructions, or click on the button above.  Walk-ins are not accepted.  A parent or guardian is welcome to stay with their student during the class.  Please do not register the parent or guardian for the class, as this eliminates a spot for other students.  Students under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult approved by the parent or legal guardian.  If you have any questions, please call Nita at (231)690-0874.
